Episode 4: Creating a platform for African and Black American Businesses
Wanjiku Muhire, born in California from a Kenyan mother and Ugandan father, started an eCommerce platform, www.KuuzaHere.com, that allows African and Black American businesses to sell and promote their products. Even though she was born and raised in California; she still found ways to participate to the development of Africa. She’s the example of a representative of Pan-Africanism. Learning from her surrounding of great businesses in the Bay area of California, she found ways to build a diverse team and raise capital to support her business which we discussed in this Episode.
