My Name is Jeremiah Okello, I am the CEO of Viva Global Services Limited. We are a Business Process Improvement and Outsourcing consulting Firm based in Nairobi, Kenya, with Operations across East Africa (Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Tanzania). We consult for both the Private and Public Sectors. One of our key services is B2B matchmaking between Operators in the region with potential buyers from across the globe.

2. How much did you need to start your business and how were you able to raise that capital?

We did not need a lot of Money to start the Business, all we needed was the idea, and the ability to identify where the services gaps are for our clients, then we crafted our services to fill those needs.

Once we had the gaps identified and the Business Model Developed. The remaining part was now to identify our target clients.
